- 问题描述、发生时间与复现步骤。
- 设备型号、系统版本和白熊版本号。
- 相关截图，以及可供回复的邮箱；如涉及账号，请提供 App 内的用户 ID。
请勿通过邮件发送密码、验证码、身份证照片或完整证件号码。截图中如有个人信息，请先遮挡。
常见问题
登录与账号
请在登录页选择可用的登录方式。没有安装微信时，可使用 Apple 登录或手机号登录。如果验证码、登录或账号恢复遇到问题，请联系上述邮箱。
年龄核验
部分 AI 陪伴功能需先完成年龄核验。请按 App 页面提示操作；如遇到核验失败或无法继续，请提供错误提示和发生时间，联系我们协助排查。请勿在邮件中提供完整身份证件信息。
订阅与购买
Apple 订阅可在 iPhone 或 iPad 的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理。购买后权益未到账时，请提供白熊用户 ID 和遮挡个人信息后的订单凭证。
隐私、账号删除与内容举报
可通过 App 内的隐私管理、举报或帮助反馈入口提交，也可通过上述邮箱联系。请说明请求类型及相关内容，我们会根据实际问题协助处理。

For sign-in, subscriptions, age verification, privacy, account deletion, or other app issues, email 782514703@qq.com. You do not need to sign in to the app to contact support.
Please include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, the time it occurred, your device model, OS and app versions, and your in-app user ID when relevant. Screenshots are helpful. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity document images, or full identity document numbers.
Manage Apple subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. For account and privacy requests, contact the email above or use the in-app Help & Feedback entry.
